Dhundhul (Sponge Gourd)
Dhundhul (Sponge Gourd) is a type of cucumber that is native to Bangladesh, India and South-Asian Countries and has been using for centuries as a natural exfoliant. The gourds are harvesting when they are fully growing up and then dried in the sun. Once they are dry, the gourds are cut open and the seeds are removing.
