In the United States, It may also include pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, or eggs and also serve coffee or orange juice.

It has shown to improve concentration and cognitive function, as well as reduce the risk of obesity, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes.
